Repair Process
When a vehicle first enters our shop for repairs, we place a plastic floor
mat and seat cover in it to protect it from getting dirty. We also place a work
order packet in the vehicle which provides all technicians working on the vehicle a
guide, that lets them know the exact steps to take in order to repair each vehicle.
We wash the vehicle and re-inspect it for any further
noticeable damage.
The vehicle is torn down and re-inspected for any
hidden damage. It is then placed on the frame rack
to be measured and to repair any frame damage.
All old and new parts are placed on a parts rack in order to
keep track of all needed parts.
All new sheet metal parts are jambed (underside is painted)
so they can be installed and put on the car for painting.
The vehicle is assembled and ready to be prepped for paint.
The vehicle is sanded, prepped and primed.
The vehicle is masked off and is sprayed with a factory finish.
After refinishing the vehicle, it can now be reassembled and put
back to its pre-accident condition.
Each vehicle, after re-assembly, is hand washed, detailed
and thoroughly inspected before it leaves the shop.
